As a Female Hostess at Nirvana Luxury Hotel, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our esteemed guests. If you possess excellent communication skills, a warm and friendly demeanor, and the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and escort them to their tables
- Provide menus and make recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for guests
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure excellent service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
