**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End-to-End Production Oversight**: Manage all production aspects, from receiving raw materials to final product packing and shipment preparation. As the maestro of our manufacturing symphony, you'll orchestrate the entire production process from start to finish. From receiving raw materials to meticulously planning container loading, your strategic vision will ensure seamless operations and on-time deliveries.
- **Production Planning**: Develop and implement effective plans to maximize efficiency and minimize material wastage.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure rigorous quality checks at every stage, maintaining precise standards. You have an eagle eye for detail and a commitment to excellence that's unmatched. With your expert knowledge and hands-on approach, you'll uphold the highest standards of quality at every stage, ensuring that each product leaving our facility exceeds expectations.
- **Stitching Expertise**: Oversee stitching processes, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and efficient production.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and troubleshoot issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
- **Production Line Management**: Ensure seamless workflow, timely deliveries, and adherence to quality standards.
- **Team Leadership**: Foster a positive work environment, ensuring optimal performance from each team member. Your leadership sets the tone for our team. - **Logistics Planning**: Optimize packing methods for boxed products and develop container loading plans for efficient transportation. Packing boxes and loading containers may seem mundane to some, but to you, it's an art form. With your knack for optimization and efficiency, you'll develop innovative packing strategies and container loading plans that maximize space, minimize waste, and ensure the safe transportation of our products to markets around the globe.
- **Communication Skills**: Effectively communicate with team members to facilitate collaboration and problem-solving. Success in production management is all about teamwork. **Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
