- **Job Summary**:
The Commercial Lines Claims Executive is responsible for managing and processing claims for commercial lines with regards to Fire, Marine, and Liability sectors. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of industry-specific regulations and a strong focus on ensuring compliance and accuracy in claims handling.
- **Roles & Responsibilities**:
1) Review and process claims for applicable policies for fire, marine, and liability insurance policy.
2) Maintain detailed records of claims submitted and all communications to ensure compliance and facilitate audits.
3) Provide guidance on claims processes, documentation requirements, and timelines.
4) Providing claims settlement details to clients.
5) Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations impacting claims for commercial lines in the fire, marine, and liability sectors, ensuring all claims processes comply with these standards.
6) Act as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance companies, providing updates and addressing inquiries related to claims.
7) The individual must study the policies to understand the coverage, ensuring efficient and effective claim settlement.
8) The individual will further coordinate with the insurance company and appoint a surveyor
9) Review and study the report by the surveyor / insurance company and further raise query
10) Coordinating with insurers on case-to-case basis if required
11) Ensuring customer delight is achieved by supporting clients in the end-to-end process
- **Desired Profile/ Who should join**:
- Should have 3 to 6 years of experience in a general insurance company/ insurance broker / surveyor
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS office
- Fair knowledge about the Insurance processes
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
