**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate and underwrite risks for commercial insurance products including Fire, Marine, and Property
- Analyze data to assess risk and determine appropriate pricing
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and claims teams to drive business growth
- Develop underwriting guidelines and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and clients
- Prepare reports and documentation for internal review and audits

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 8 **years** of experience in **Commercial Lines Underwriting** (Fire, Marine, Property)
- Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, insurance laws, and industry regulations
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Insurance, Finance, or related field preferred)
