**Overview**
**Duties**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer concerns or concerns
- Provide information about products or services
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficiency in using call center equipment and software
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience in sales, office, call center, client services, or customer support is beneficial
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and cash handling is an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
