Job Role: Tele Caller cum Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Tele Caller cum Sales Coordinator.

In this role, you will be responsible for incoming & outgoing sales calls to potential customers, and coordinating sales team.

Your excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving our business goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct incoming & outgoing sales calls to potential customers to introduce our Real Estate Residential project.

2. Follow up on leads generated through various channels such as marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.

3. Build rapport with customers by understanding their needs and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.

4. Provide product information, pricing details, and answer any customer queries.

5. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers.

6. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide necessary support during the sales process.

8. Assist in preparing sales reports, tracking key performance indicators, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales coordination role.

2. Excellent verbal communication skills with a convincing tone.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.

6. Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve targets consistently.
