**Job Title**: Scrum Master with SAFe Experience

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and proven experience in facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning events. As a Scrum Master at Tangoe, you will play a crucial role in guiding our agile teams through their journey of delivering high-quality products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Facilitate Agile Ceremonies**: Lead and facilitate Scrum events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and alignment within the team.
- ** Coach Agile Teams**: Provide guidance and coaching to agile teams on SAFe principles, practices, and methodologies to ensure successful execution of projects.
- ** Promote Agile Mindset**: Foster an agile mindset within the organization by promoting values such as transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- ** Drive PI Planning**: Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning events, including pre
- and post-PI planning activities, to align multiple agile teams towards common objectives and priorities.
- ** Remove Impediments**: Identify and remove impediments and blockers that hinder the progress of agile teams, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- ** Support Product Owner**: Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlogs are refined and prioritized effectively, guiding the team in delivering maximum value to stakeholders.
- ** Facilitate Cross-Team Collaboration**: Encourage collaboration and communication between agile teams, promoting cross-team coordination and dependency management.
- ** Measure and Improve**: Monitor team performance metrics and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and delivery predictability.
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
- ** SAFe Implementation**: Contribute to the successful adoption and implementation of SAFe practices within the organization, collaborating with other Scrum Masters

**Qualifications**:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience implementing SAFe practices.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments managing multiple Scrum teams in parallel.
- Experience facilitating Program Increment (PI) planning events.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams towards continuous improvement and agility.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
