**Position Title**: Scrum Master

**Location**: Bangalore

**Overview**
We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master** with expertise in leading Agile teams. As a Scrum Master, We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to drive a culture of continuous improvement
- You'll make sure that your team lives by the values of Scrum, empowering them to become high performing to increase the productivity, transparency, frequency and quality of delivery
- Hone your project skills as you work with talented people in collaborative and innovative environment, with access to the bank's Agile community, experts and events
- You will lead 2-3 scrum teams across a vertical, helping them adopt the agile mindset and practices.
- Experienced in agile frameworks and related tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive all the ceremonies for the scrum teams and track the backlog conversion work.
- Can lead 2-3 scrum/Kanban/XP teams and inculcate the awareness of agility within the team.
- Helping team and PO/Team to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized product backlog.
- Coach teams through the journey of agile adoption with appropriate frameworks
- Evaluate and advise Agile Frameworks, tools, and techniques to the team, as applicable.
- Organizing Metrics for team and stakeholders to have transparency and visibility in release work.
- Track team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) and identify areas for improvement
- Helping verticals and organizations in doing the agile maturity assessment periodically
- Helping the team in removing the impediments for smoother scrum/iteration cycles
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying gaps and helping teams achieve higher levels of maturity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of leading Agile teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence and GitOps.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills to drive Agile adoption and maturity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Advanced certifications like SAFe Agilist, CSP-SM, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
- Experience working with distributed or globally diverse teams.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
