**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
- Execute channel sales strategies to increase market share and dealer penetration.
- Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers as per business needs.
- Coordinate with dealers to ensure timely stock availability and product placement.
- Conduct product training, promotional activities, and dealer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance, gather market feedback, and report to regional management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and promotional offers.
- Support in local marketing efforts including events, campaigns, and trade shows.
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in dealer/distributor management or channel sales.
- Knowledge of industrial/engineering products is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
