**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator (Civil) is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of civil engineering and construction projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination of civil construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Track materials procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications; flag discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
- Assist in managing budgets, cost tracking, and billing processes.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
- Liaise with government and local authorities for approvals and inspections.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or site management.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Knowledge of safety practices and regulatory compliance.
**Work Conditions**:
- Based on-site and/or at the project office.
- May require travel to multiple project sites.
- Exposure to outdoor construction environments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
