**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans to achieve targets.
- Promote products/services through various digital and offline channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Meet medical stores, doctors, and healthcare professionals for product and services promotion (B2B).
- Travel within the assigned area for business expansion.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of marketing principles (digital & traditional)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Canva etc.
- Having a two-wheeler is a plus.
