With this position we offer

Nasdaq’s Legal, Regulatory & Risk group is looking for a guide Contract Negotiator to join our global legal team located in North America, Europe and Asia and supporting our businesses worldwide.

Your role and responsibilities:

- Support the intake, review and negotiation of commercial contracts with our clients and suppliers across the global Nasdaq organization
- Join calls with internal collaborators to review drafts of contracts and join calls with clients or suppliers to help negotiate the terms
- Advance issues to more senior members of the legal team and to internal collaborators based on pre-defined criteria and as needed
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously on a time-sensitive basis to ensure deadlines are met in a multifacetedfast pacednding environment
- Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and templates
- Support training of sales team and other internal requestors

You will need the following
- 3-10 years’ work experience reviewing, redlining and negotiating commercial contracts
- Familiarity with contracts fundamentals under US or UK law
- Ability to recognize linguistic or grammatical nuances that could impact the meaning of contractual provisions

It would be great if you
- Experience with Salesforce and Conga CLM; experience with other technological tools that facilitate contract negotiations a plus
