Fleet Dispatcher

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across designated routes
- Monitor driver locations and routes using GPS tracking and dispatch software
- Communicate daily with drivers, customers, and warehouse personnel
- Ensure all loads are picked up and delivered on time
- Maintain accurate records of driver hours, vehicle inspections, and load documentation
- Address issues such as delays, breakdowns, or emergencies in real-time
- Optimize routes to reduce fuel costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
- Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for fleet vehicles

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a trucking or freight dispatcher (preferred)
- Familiarity with dispatch software and GPS tracking tools
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
