**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and rice varieties.
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support senior chefs in mise en place, cooking, and plate-up during service hours.
- Monitor food stock and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices as per HACCP standards.
- Assist with inventory control and minimizing food wastage.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role with specialization in South Indian cuisine.
- Basic culinary training or diploma from a recognized culinary institute (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Capable of lifting and moving moderate weights.
- Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹11,101.93 - ₹19,338.50 per month
