**About the Role**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive **Presales Executive** to support our residential real estate sales team. The role involves handling incoming inquiries, qualifying leads, and coordinating site visits for residential projects. You will be the first point of contact for customers, playing a key role in converting leads into site visits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries related to residential projects
- Make outbound calls to potential leads generated through campaigns or portals
- Qualify leads based on their requirements, budget, and timeline
- Explain project details, amenities, location, and investment benefits
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM
- Ensure prompt follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead flow

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate/BBA/MBA preferred)
- 0-3 years of experience in telesales, real estate, or customer support
- Excellent verbal communication skills (in English, Hindi, and regional languages)
- Strong persuasion and lead conversion abilities
- Knowledge of residential real estate projects and local market trends is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
