**Role & Responsibilities - Stores Executive**
- **Education: Diploma in Material Management (Must)**:

- **Material Procurement & Planning: Source, procure, and plan purchases based on project needs and inventory levels.**:

- **Inventory Control & Store Keeping: Manage and monitor inventory, ensure proper stock levels, and organize store layout for efficient access.**:

- **Stock Taking & Record Keeping: Perform regular stock audits, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely stock replenishment.**:

- **Material Requirement Planning: Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure availability of required materials.**:

- **Vendor Development & Coordination: Identify and engage with vendors, negotiate terms, and maintain strong vendor relationships.**:

- **Procurement Operations: Oversee end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-efficiency.**

**- Job Location: Kolkata**
- **Experience: 4-7 years of experience in material procurement, inventory management, or store keeping.**:

- **Proficiency in inventory control systems and procurement processes.**:

- **Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.**:

- **Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.**

**Note: Opencast Mining experience gets first preference**
