- **Role & responsibilities**:_
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Participate in interview processes and provide feedback as necessary.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide support in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems.
- _**Should be very strong in follow-ups.**_
- _**Must have experience in manufacturing industry.**_
- Must have good communication in English & Hindi both.
- Must be confident & good learner.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
