**Job Profile - Executive Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:

- He/she will act as a face of the management.
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and our other volunteers.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments and manage travel itenaries.
- Managing an authorized system in our organisation and ensure that all the staff is following the rules and discipline.
- Uphold strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism amoung employees,volunteers and team members.

Requirements:

- Hands-on 2+ years working experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management.
- Advance Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with our specific programmes and software.
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, project management and problem solving skills with impeccable multi tasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
