**Procurement Executive**

**What you will do**

As a primary responsibility for this role is Handling Procurement related Activities, Logistics Support for overseas & Domestic Shipments. Along with this need to handle and resolve the queries related to supplier invoices, GRNs. Evaluation of suppliers based on Products, Services & cost

You will be required to work closely with the Procurement Manager, and key stakeholders to understand requirements, negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to achieve both cost book and savings targets.

**Responsible for**
- Handling Procurement of Electrical, Fire & Security commodities
- Negotiate contracts/agreement for purchasing of materials.
- Assess supplier performance w.r.t. quality, cost, delivery, service.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Evaluate suppliers based on products, services, and prices.
- Track Orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Hands on Experience on MS Excel & ERP
- Dealing with Overseas vendors & Freight forwarders for supply of goods on time
- Coordinate with logistics team for pick up and dispatch of goods
- Ensuring timely booking of vendor invoices & review with AP team
- Support supplier management processes including supplier on boarding, performance evaluations and audits
- Supporting the function to deliver the end-to-end procurement process; delivering cost savings, spend under management & driving innovation
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate into a sourcing strategy

**Educational Qualification**: BE Electrical/Electronics or B.COM/M.COM

**Experience**:7- 8 years
