**Location**:Hyderabad, Gurgaon

**Notice Period**:Immediate - 30 days (MAX)

**Experience**:5 - 7 years

**Domain**: ESG

**Key Skills & Responsibilities**:

- Experience in ESG Project Execution & delivery, Business Transformation projects, and complex Change Management projects with cross-functional impacts & dependencies.
- Knowledge of regulatory rules related to ESG Reporting and
- Excellent knowledge of EU Taxonomy.
- Experience in SDLC, testing projects following Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience in performing impact analysis, creating test approaches, test plans covering all possible scenarios, and execution & delivery of ESG projects.
- Business Analysis and Data Analysis skills, Techno-functional skills.
- Strong decision-making skills, critical thinking skills, inter-personal skills, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities during project delivery.
- Experience in handling ESG projects.
- Strong MS Office skills - Excel, SQL for performing data analysis.
- Experience in Functional, Regression, and UAT Testing.
