**How you will contribute**

You will optimize delivery of service to meet business demands and to meet the service operations strategy. In addition, you will plan, measure, report, and communicate service improvement initiatives, consult on issues and resolutions, and recommend steps to optimize investments and benefits and to mitigate risks. In this role, you will also identify suppliers, evaluate them, on-board new vendors, establish and oversee them and support management with regional service contracts, in-country billing and cross charging.

**What you need to know about this position**:
You will oversee the Data Center & Global Connectivity, Network Operations, planning and execution of network delivery, and partner with external vendors on global scale.

Using your deep technical and market knowledge and your thorough understanding of our business goals, you will ensure the smooth running of the Network Operations and that we have the right network infrastructure solutions in place for the future.

**Education / Certifications**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline;
- 10+ years of total experience.

**Job specific requirements**:
Assessing new technologies and best practices for adoption including Cloud ,DATA, Voice & Security.
- Engaging with internal and external teams for briefings, issue escalation, and complex solution development.
- Develop strategy, technical direction, and engineering solutions for enterprise-wide Cloud, data networking and data security services supporting key business requirements.
- Lead the development and execution of Architecture, Engineering and Operational roadmaps for Cloud, data networking and data security services globally and drive efforts to validate that strategic direction is - aligned with business architecture/direction
- Technical leadership for the establishment, and implementation of end-to-end network data and security infrastructure solutions utilizing new technologies, including Cloud, SDWAN & Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
- Clear and concise recommendations to remediate performance/scaling bottlenecks
- Escalation support for troubleshooting and resolution of all Cloud, data network and security issues as required by other infrastructure support teams
- Maintain expertise in Cloud, data network and network security technologies to ensure that cost-effective solutions and processes are deployed and aligned with business direction
- Participate in governance meetings with support partners to review delivery of services as per the agreed contractual obligations.
- Processes Management
- Ensures and promotes ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, Release management within IS and Service Providers.
- Collaborates in Support Processes and Tools definition, implementation
- Collaboratively seeks Continuous Improvement, simplification, and harmonization of MDS processes across regions, ensuring benefits are delivered.
- Communications Management
- Seeks regular feedback and interaction with Key CTO Stakeholders
- Collaborates with global teams
- Deep understanding of Cloud Network technologies. Knowledge of Azure Express-Route, AWS Direct connect, Load-balancers, WAF, Cloud Firewalls.
- Sound knowledge of IP Networking, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, SDN, SD-WAN.
- In depth knowledge of network management, network availability and capacity planning.
- Zscaler SASE in large and diverse enterprise environments.
- Security compliance, vulnerability management and network related experience is beneficial.
- CCNP,CCIE preferred.
- Azure Fundamentals & Azure Administrator Associate(Must)
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)
- Professional Cloud Network Engineer Google Cloud
