Master’s Degree in Commerce (M. Com) or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 55% marks.

Good communication skills and proficiency in teaching.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in academic research and journal publication.

Knowledge of digital learning tools and SAP platforms.

Ability to handle both undergraduate and postgraduate commerce classes.

Exposure to accounting software like Tally, SAP, etc.
