**Job Title**: Assistant Professor - Commerce (Banking and Finance)

**Job Type**: Full Time / Part Time / Clock Hour Basis (CHB)
**Minimum Qualification**: Master’s Degree in Commerce with specialization in Banking and Finance, or NET/SET/Ph.D.
**Gender**: Male or Female
- Deliver comprehensive lectures on **Commerce, with a specialization in Banking and Finance** for undergraduate courses, such as **B.Com**.
- Develop course materials, including **syllabi, lesson plans, and case studies** covering core topics such as **Banking, Financial Markets, Investment Management, Risk Analysis, and Corporate Finance**.
- Provide **academic mentorship and career guidance** to students, assisting them in exploring opportunities in banking, finance, investment, and entrepreneurship.
- Stay updated with the **latest trends in Banking and Finance** and integrate relevant concepts and methodologies into the curriculum.
- Participate in **departmental meetings** and contribute to curriculum development, ensuring continuous improvement in academic standards.
- Engage in **research and scholarly activities** related to Banking and Finance, contributing to academic publications and industry seminars.
- Organize and participate in **seminars, workshops, and guest lectures** to provide students with insights into the banking and financial sectors and foster their professional growth.
- Maintain accurate records of **student performance, attendance, and other administrative responsibilities** as required.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of **banking, finance, and related concepts**, including **financial markets, investment strategies, risk management, and banking operations**.
- **Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills**, with a commitment to creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
- Minimum **2-3 years of teaching experience** in commerce or related fields, with a focus on banking and finance.
- Hands-on experience with **financial tools, software, and case studies** that simulate real-world banking and financial operations.
- **Experience of 1-2 years working on NAAC criteria**, with a clear understanding of accreditation requirements and documentation.
- Commitment to **research and scholarly activities** in Banking and Finance, contributing to academic growth and industry relevance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
