**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Create high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, and visual effects** for various types of media, including but not limited to film, TV, and interactive content.
- **Collaborate with directors, designers, and other departments** to understand project goals and deliver high-quality visuals that align with the creative vision.
- **Refine and optimize 3D models and animations** for realistic, high-performance rendering.
- **Utilize software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Houdini, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, and/or 3ds Max** to create assets that are technically and artistically on point.
- **Ensure quality control on all CGI elements,** making sure they meet the technical standards for lighting, texture, rigging, rendering, and animation.
- **Work with compositing artists** to integrate CGI elements seamlessly into live-action footage, if applicable.
- **Troubleshoot issues** during the production process and find creative solutions to challenges in the CGI pipeline.
- **Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques** to continuously improve the quality of work and innovation in the visual effects process.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in 3D modeling, animation, and visual effects, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in CGI (specific to your industry).
- Proficiency with industry-standard software like Autodesk Maya, Houdini, Blender, ZBrush, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong understanding of lighting, texture mapping, rigging, and rendering.
- Experience with VFX compositing tools (e.g., Nuke) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of color theory, perspective, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication skills, especially when discussing creative ideas and technical requirements.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Graphics, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with motion capture and character animation.
- Familiarity with game engine integration (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus.
- Understanding of Python or MEL scripting to automate tasks is a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
