Create realistic **3D models, textures, lighting, and renders** for various projects.
- Work on **architectural visualization, interior & exterior renders, product CGI, or animations** depending on project needs.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to meet creative and technical requirements.
- Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining quality.
- Stay updated with the latest CGI tools, rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Cycles, Arnold, etc.), and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **any one or more 3D software**: Blender / Autodesk 3ds Max / Maya.
- Strong understanding of **modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering pipelines**.
- Knowledge of rendering engines (V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Cycles, Eevee, etc.) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of **compositing and post-production** (Photoshop, After Effects, or similar).
- Good artistic sense of **scale, proportion, detail, and realism**.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Diploma / Degree in Animation, Multimedia, or related field.
- Experience in **architectural visualization, product CGI, or gaming assets**.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine (optional but desirable).
