Hiring for a Tax Consulting Firm in Ahmedabad.

Qualification: LLB (Freshers can apply)

Should have worked in indirect tax or GST or should have interest in the same.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on indirect tax laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.
- Drafting: Prepare and draft various legal documents, including notices, replies, appeals, petitions, and representations.
- Litigation Support: Assist in the preparation of case briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents required for litigation proceedings.
- Case Management: Maintain meticulous records of case timelines, hearings, and orders.
- Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and provide timely updates.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth functioning of the litigation team.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in indirect tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: LL.B.
- Internship Experience: Prior internship experience in indirect tax litigation and advisory firms will be preferred.
- Soft Skills: Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
