**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **IT Admin & Compliance Intern** who will assist in managing our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and support compliance with global security standards. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone passionate about IT systems, cybersecurity, and regulatory frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **technical support and troubleshooting** for Windows systems and basic network issues
- Assist in managing and monitoring system performance, software updates, and hardware maintenance
- Support compliance documentation and process implementation related to **ISO 27001** and **SOC 2** standards
- Help with audits, data backup procedures, and access control reviews
- Work with the team to improve cybersecurity posture and ensure adherence to IT policies
- Maintain detailed logs of system updates, incidents, and resolutions
- Research best practices and assist in implementing IT and security enhancements

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Strong understanding of **Windows OS** troubleshooting and **basic networking** concepts
- Familiarity with **cybersecurity principles** and IT compliance standards
- Knowledge or exposure to **ISO 27001** and **SOC 2** is a strong plus
- Good communication skills and ability to document processes clearly
- A quick learner with problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Nice to Have**
- Certifications in IT support, networking, or cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA, CEH, etc.)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of access control tools and endpoint protection software
