**System Administrator**

**Type of Role**: Application Development And Maintenance - System Admin/Security Related Roles

**Job Type**: 12 months Contract

**Position**: 2

**Experience**: 5 years
- Monitor and optimize the performance of big data clusters, ensuring efficient resource utilization and fast data processing.
- Implement and manage security protocols, including user authentication, authorization, data encryption and network security for big data systems
- Continuously monitor big data clusters for system health, performance and data integrity.
- Develop automation scripts (e.g., using Python, Bash or Ansible) to streamline deployment, cluster management and operational tasks.
- Experience in setting up high availability (HA) and fault tolerance for big data environments.

**Qualifications**
**Educational Requirements**: B. Tech/ B.E/ MCA equivalent, Engineering or a related field.
**Professional Experience**: 5 years System Admin/Security Related Roles
**Soft Skills**: Excellent problem-solving abilities, effective communication and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team.
