Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Customers regarding new orders.
- Manage the entire inside and outside sales force.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Timely management of multiple lines of communication and coordination with PPC, store and Logistics.
- Handling all Key Accounts.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Reviews, prepares, and invoices for payment.
- Responsible for Customer Services
- Stock Handling(Finished/unfinished)
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Logistic Coordination for clients on their demand.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Order Processing/ PPC & SCM Management.
- Address and manage customer queries.
- Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
- Dealing with new clients regarding their query & requirement.
- Taking Care of the Sales with focus of achieving predefine sales target and growth.
- Forecasting &Planning Monthly& Quarterly Sales Targets & Executing those in a given time frame.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
