- **Communication Management**:Acting as a point of contact for customer inquiries, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring effective communication throughout the sales process.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Generating sales reports, tracking team performance, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers by addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
