
Sales Trainer

**Overview**:
The **Sales Trainer** is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to improve the sales skills, product knowledge, and performance of the sales team. This role ensures that sales representatives are equipped with the necessary tools and techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs (new hire onboarding, product training, sales techniques, objection handling, negotiation, CRM usage, etc.).
- Assess training needs through surveys, performance metrics, and feedback from sales managers.
- Develop training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, role-play scenarios).
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs (conversion rates, revenue growth, sales productivity).
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new sales methodologies.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to align training with business goals.
- Provide ongoing coaching to underperforming sales reps.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in **sales training** or a similar role (prior sales experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Consultative Selling).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and LMS platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training ROI.
- High energy, motivational, and adaptable to different learning styles.
- Strong Knowledge In digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing Techniques.
- Work Experience: 3+ years
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
