**Role Overview**

This role will play a key part in prospecting and building our global pipeline—especially in the US and APAC regions—by engaging with engineering and finance leaders from cloud-first organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Book discovery or demo meetings for the Account Executive team with ICP personas such as Engineering Managers, CTOs, and CFOs.
- Follow structured outreach cadences while tailoring messaging to each prospect.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Learn and stay updated on cloud platforms, and RKS Cloud's value proposition.

**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in an International BPO outbound sales process.
- Proven track record of achieving call/meeting targets and booking qualified leads.
- Strong written and spoken English with neutral accent clarity.
- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Ability to learn fast, understand new concepts, and pitch technical value propositions.
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

**Good to Have**
- Prior SaaS or tech sales experience.
- Understanding of the US/UK market sales culture.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
