**Academic Counsellor and Caller**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Student Counselling:

- Guide prospective students on available courses, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
- Understand students’ educational background and career goals to provide tailored advice.
- Assist students in selecting the appropriate course or program based on their needs and aspirations.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the institution's academic programs and admission procedures.

2. Tele-counselling:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on leads generated from inquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Provide information on course structures, fees, schedules, and the enrollment process over the phone.

3. Admission Process Assistance:

- Coordinate with other departments (finance, admissions, etc.) to resolve student queries and ensure a smooth transition into the course.
- Keep accurate records of student inquiries, feedback, and counseling sessions.

4. Follow-up and Lead Conversion:

- Track and follow up on all leads and inquiries to convert them into admissions.
- Manage and update the database with student information, interaction history, and outcomes.

5. Relationship Building:

- Build rapport with prospective students, parents, and guardians.
- Engage in continuous communication to ensure clarity in the admission process and expectations.

6. Reporting and Feedback:

- Prepare daily and weekly reports on the status of inquiries, leads, and admissions.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on student preferences and market trends based on inquiries.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education-related degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English and local languages (optional, based on the institution's requirements).

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with students and parents.
- Persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
