**Job Overview**:
The Academic Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students toward the right academic opportunities. You will be responsible for understanding student aspirations, providing counseling services, and ensuring seamless communication between students, parents, and educational institutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- Understand the educational needs and career aspirations of students.
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding courses, career paths, and university options.
- Offer insights into Aask Edutech's academic events and programs.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Serve as a bridge between students and universities by coordinating activities like 'One-Day Manager' and presentations in schools/coaching centers.
- **Event Support**:

- Assist in planning and promoting academic events such as 'Shark Biz' and 'One-Day MBA.'
- Ensure students are engaged and informed during outreach events.
- **Follow-Up and Reporting**:

- Regularly follow up with students to track progress and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and feedback for reporting.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field; a degree in Education, Psychology, or Marketing is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Passion for helping students and promoting education.
