**Key Responsibilities**:
**Need Assessment**:

- Collaborate with community stakeholders and project partners to identify and assess the specific needs of the target communities.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and research to gather relevant data for comprehensive need assessments.
- Analyze collected information to formulate recommendations for CSR project focus areas.

**Permissions and Approvals**:

- Work closely with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary permissions for project execution.
- Prepare and submit documentation required for obtaining permits, licenses, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating project activities and events in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Support in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, highlighting any challenges or deviations from the plan.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with community members, NGOs, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Foster positive relationships to enhance the impact and sustainability of CSR projects.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
