Brand & Marketing Partnership Internship
**Location**: Andheri West Mumbai
**Duration**: 4-6 months | Paid Internship | Rs. 5,000 Monthly Stipend

**About Paprika Idea Labs**:
Paprika is a Contextual Advertising Platform that brings brand campaigns to life through strategic on-ground activations, innovative partnerships, and experiential marketing. We work with top brands to create buzz-worthy moments where their audience is already present - be it gyms, cafes, colleges, or corporate parks.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Ideation for On-ground Campaigns**:

- Support the team in brainstorming and shaping creative on-ground activation ideas for different brands and briefs.
- **Research & Mapping Outlets**:

- Identify and list potential outlets across India (e.g. top gyms in South Delhi, cafes in Pune, or co-working spaces in Bangalore) relevant to brand campaigns.
- Curate data by genre, audience type, location, and footfall.
- **Outreach & Tie-ups**:

- Contact outlet managers or owners for potential brand activations.
- Share campaign ideas and negotiate possible collaborations, barter deals, or rate cards.
- **Coordination & Follow-ups**:

- Coordinate with event/execution partners for on-ground requirements.
- Follow up with venues and agencies to ensure smooth execution.
- **Support Campaign Planning**:

- Assist the core team in conceptualizing activations.
- Be part of brainstorming sessions and help refine outlet-based strategies.

**What You’ll Learn**:

**Who You Are**:

- Enthusiastic and self-driven with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with internet research
- Organized with basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Keen interest in marketing, branding, and events

**Bonus if you**:

- Have experience in outreach or event coordination
- Know your city’s hotspots—gyms, cafes, or pop-culture spaces

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹5,001.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
