**About Us**:
Eazr is a leading fintech company based in Lower Parel, Mumbai. We are currently looking for a talented Brand Partnership Executive to join our team for Zupl.

**Job Summary**:
The Brand Partnership Executive will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing strategic partnerships that align with Zupl’s goals. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can drive brand collaborations to enhance our market presence and add value to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new brand partnership opportunities that align with our mission and target audience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing brand partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to create and execute partnership strategies.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, deliverables, and timelines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of brand partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Ensure all partnerships align with our brand values and contribute to the overall business objectives.
- Prepare and present partnership proposals, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of the fintech industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify and develop unique partnership opportunities.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
