Java Trainer

**Qualifications**
- Experience in designing technical course content
- Good communication skills and comfortable speaking within a classroom setting
- At least 2+ years 'experience as a technical trainer, training specialist, or a similar role
- Expertise: Strong Java skills and knowledge, Python expertise is an added plus, collections, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all tasks and activities related to instruction and teaching
- This includes class plans, assignments, assessments, and projects; clearly communicating explanations and providing feedback to students on their progress
- Devise technical training programs according to portfolio requirements
- Initial training program is to cover Java development with an expected duration of several months
- Determine course content according to objectives
- Help in preparing training material (presentations, worksheets, etc.)
- Be able to work in a collaborative atmosphere
- Keep and report data on completed sessions, absences, issues etc
- Knowledge of Python is an added bonus

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
