**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, and Cucumber.
- Ensure that product development incorporates security into software and infrastructure at every stage.
- Drive scalable and innovative test frameworks for various levels of automated tests.
- Collaborate with Development team architects, designers, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot, instrument, and debug existing software, resolving root causes of defective behavior.
- Create proof of concepts for new ideas, addressing key questions of feasibility, desirability, and viability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and Design reviews, promoting better understanding throughout the team.
- Document software changes for use by other engineers, quality assurance, and documentation specialists.
- Train others in the technologies, languages, and practices used by the team.

**Experience and Education**
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 11- 12 years’ experience including 6+ years of Devops Technical leadership experience

**Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities**
- Expertise in DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated tools (Docker, Jenkins, JIRA, Git, Cucumber).
- Strong understanding of security practices and vulnerability mitigation.
- Experience with cloud managed services (AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in developing scalable test frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of infrastructure as code and deployment automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Self-starter and self-organized, able to work without supervision.

Good to have:

- Terraform, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Yarn/NPM
- Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure,Lambda, S3, Cognito, Step Functions, SQS, IAM, Cloudwatch
- NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Elastic Search. XAML
- VersionOne, Jenkins, Azure Devops understanding
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

**Work Environment/Physical Demands**
- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
- This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of their workday
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as incoming and outgoing communications via the computer and/ or mobile devices.
- The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
- The work environment is an open room with other associates and noise from others will be part of the regular workday
