**We are looking for Product Architect**

**You’ll make a difference by**:

- Define and maintain the technical vision and roadmap for product development
- Design scalable, maintainable, and robust software architectures
- Establish technical standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Lead architectural reviews and provide technical direction to development teams
- Create detailed architectural specifications and documentation
- Ensure system designs meet business requirements and technical constraints
- Implement design patterns and principles that promote code reusability
- Guide the selection of appropriate technologies and frameworks
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Manage expectations and build consensus among different stakeholder groups
- Present architectural decisions and technical strategies to senior management
- Mentor and guide development teams on technical matters
- Review code and provide constructive feedback
- Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and technical discussions
- Establish performance metrics and monitoring strategies
- Oversee the implementation of testing strategies
- Guide performance optimization initiatives

**You’ll win us over by**:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development and architecture
- Expert-level proficiency in C# and.NET ecosystem
- Strong experience with WPF (Windows Presentation Foundation)
- Proven experience with Angular and modern web technologies
- Extensive background in software design patterns and architectural principles
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced C# programming and.NET framework expertise
- Angular framework and TypeScript development
- REST API design and implementation
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Version control systems (Git)
- CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management capabilities
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
