**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UX/UI design, with a focus on complex systems and production-ready solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions effectively.

**What you’ll be working on**:
Our client is a global travel company dedicated to powering travel experiences for everyone, everywhere. As a part of the Experience Design (XD) organization, our client's Platform Team brings together user experience design, content design, and research to create seamless and intuitive experiences that cater to the needs of their travelers, partners, and agents worldwide.

They are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with 3+ years of relevant experience to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the user experience of their ecosystem of internal and external travel industry-focused platform products and tools. Your focus will be on production, helping us accelerate their roadmap and deliver innovative solutions to their users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
- Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for our client's platform products and tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience of their products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of your designs, providing guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Collaborate with content designers to create engaging and informative content that enhances the overall user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX/UI design trends, tools, and technologies, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team.
