**Job Description**:

- Able to handle issues like surveyor deputation, discussion with Insured for technical issues like cause of loss, extent of loss, document scrutiny regarding claims, negotiation with Insured/Surveyor/ Insurer, final decision making, Payment release follow up etc.
- To co-ordinate with surveyor at site in order to verify the quantum of loss and minimize the loss.
- Issuing Immediate Loss Advise/List of Requirements as per TAT post survey and checking admissibility of the claim.
- Following up with the Insured/Surveyor/Insurer for the relevant documents/clarifications.
- Preparing Claim MIS and doing a Claims review meeting with Insurance Company/ Insured for smooth and fast claim processing.
- Preparing and checking of loss assessment within TAT post receipt of relevant documents/clarifications.
- To co-ordinate with surveyor at site in order to verify the quantum of loss and minimize the loss.
