Site Incharge

**Job Summary**:
The Site Incharge is responsible for overseeing and managing interior and furniture installation projects, ensuring they are executed smoothly, safely, and on time. This role involves close collaboration with designers, contractors, vendors, and the client to guarantee high-quality results while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:

- Supervise daily operations at the site to ensure seamless implementation of interior and furniture work.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and labor teams.

**Quality Control**:

- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with plans and rectify any discrepancies.

**Resource Management**:

- Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and inventory of furniture and materials.

**Reporting**:

- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager about progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Maintain documentation related to site activities and progress.

**Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times.
- Identify and address potential hazards on-site.

**Client Interaction**:

- Liaise with clients to address concerns and keep them informed of project developments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

- Gandhidham, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
