**Job description**

**Responsibilities:

- **

Achieve overall sales objective
- Achieve secondary sales target in TTY
- Achieve product level sales target under each product category to the market potential

WSS Management
- To understand and ensure WSS is managed well as per need and complaint with Pidilite systems and policies
- Manage WSS network, by improving RSI and billing every outlet

Trade Relationship Management
- Delivery secondary targets at top outlets with frequent engagement
- Visit monthly to other class outlets, to keep the engagement strong
- New product trials and training to trade partners

End user connect
- Daily site visits and support BDE in contractor enrolment, redemption and banking
- Attend FCC meet
