**Position: Tele Calling Executive**

This is an urgent requirement for a popular distribution company selling international Educational books

**Experience : 1-2yrs**
**Joining timeframe : ASAP**
**Working Time : 10AM to 4PM**

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services
- Handle inbound queries and provide relevant information
- Maintain records of interactions and leads in MS Excel/CRM tools
- Assist in basic product presentations and virtual demos when required
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to meet targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with clients

**Requirements**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confidence in speaking with clients and explaining product features
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is a plus
