Jeevika is the skill development program of Lotus Petal Foundation. The focus is on developing communication skills and on building confidence within the child. In addition to studying for their courses, students also intern with various corporate and retail houses to get real time experience.

**Purpose of this position**:

- To Train students in Digital Marketing concepts
- Fostering equal opportunity practices and encourage students’ association
- Paying attention to cultural or societal differences in dealing with the students

**Activity List**:
1. Provide classroom / Online training in Digital Marketing
- Planning and preparing courses and lessons for Digital Marketing.
- Delivering a demo session to the students.
- Helping students in the practical execution of digital marketing concepts.
- Constant hunt for case studies, trends and best practices in the digital space to be able to provide the right references in class

2. Provide handling doubt sessions or query sessions for the students related to digital marketing at the time of training
- Give appropriate assignments and projects for the students to make them grow with hands-on experience in digital marketing.

3. To deliver course material as per the curriculum

4. Consults, facilitates, and maintains communication with parents, teachers, administrators, and pertinent agents on specific student and parent academic and educational matters.

5. Provides feedback and recommends appropriate action and solutions to individual student’s academic and educational needs and abilities.

**Qualifications/Skills**:
1. Well-versed with the latest tool and industry updates related to every aspect of digital marketing or as per your expertise area

2. Must have experience as digital marketing trainer.

4. Desire and ability to work with students at the specified age level with diverse backgrounds and levels of ability toward accomplishing their educational goals.

5. Able to create content about digital marketing for the course

**Experience**:
1. Minimum 3 years of work experience as a digital marketer.

2. Minimum 1-2 years in digital marketing teaching experience is an essential

3. Good English communication skills and personality.

4. He should have knowledge of digital media, digital software tools, Safety, Health & Hygiene

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
