As a Logistics Coordinator / CSR, you will work closely with Account Managers and the Sales team on assigned accounts. Your priorities will be executing customer service while providing timely entry of freight from customers to the operations group.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will maintain strong relationships with assigned customers by rating, accepting, and executing their business plan.
- Provide customer service excellence by serving existing customer accounts.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand needs and identify business opportunities.
- Ensure accurate order entry into company TMS software.
- Identify potential issues and utilise critical thinking to determine the best course of action.
- Interacts with customers via phone and other electronic methods.
- Solicit regular feedback from the Customer Success Manager.
- regarding performance evaluation.
- Understand and leverage appropriate software and industry tools to improve margin yield.
- Assist in account development and account forecasting.
- Meet or exceed required load acceptance and load generation goals.

**Requirements**:

- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the drive to resolve issues.
- Fast-paced and able to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to take verbal/written instruction and execute with confidence.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Team player who can also produce independent results.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
