Roles and Responsibilities

1) Be the central point of contact for site leaders on brokerage/logistics inquiries.

2) As industry is moving towards asset based carriers, develop and lead the brokerage department of the company.

3) Be responsible for all aspects of receiving work order, driver assignment, shipping, and logistics.

4) Establish, develop and maintain positive business relationships with current/prospective customers.

5) Organise documents, invoices, and Excel sheet data on a daily basis

6) Achieve agreed-upon targets and outcomes within schedule

7) Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction

8) Assist in supply management with the reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services

9) Facilitate training and cross-training opportunities and cooperation within the department.

10) Align the department toward both the long
- and short-term business objectives.

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
