**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients across various industries to promote ERP solutions.
- Identify decision-makers and generate qualified leads.
- Set up appointments and product demos for the senior sales team.
- Maintain records of calls and leads in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in ERP or software sales).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and any regional language.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Must be Bangalore-based (for occasional in-person meetings, if needed).
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in selling SAP, ERP, CRM, or SaaS products is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
