_**Minimum of 2 years of experience (Previous experience in a kitchen environment with a focus on continental cuisine)**_
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, following recipes and guidelines set by the Head Chef._
- Ensure that food preparation areas are clean and hygienic._
- Assist with stock control and inventory management, ensuring proper rotation and storage of ingredients._
- Help in the plating and presentation of dishes, ensuring they meet the restaurant's standards._
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations._
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines._
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring._
- Participate in kitchen cleaning duties, including dishwashing and equipment maintenance._
- Take part in training and development opportunities to improve culinary skills._
- Assist in receiving and checking deliveries to ensure the quality and quantity of goods received._
- **Requirements**:_
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role._
- Basic culinary education or equivalent experience._
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards._
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment._
- Strong teamwork and communication skills._
- Attention to detail and a passion for cooking._
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays._
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks._

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
